R427 Multi Surface Sealer
Fluorocarbon & PFAS, PFOA, PFOS free. Provides a hard wearing, invisible, protective seal against water, oil, stains, efflorescence and much more on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. A high performance, penetrating, repellent sealer specifically designed for patios, walls and roofs. Formulated using the latest technology to give outstanding performance and durability with the use of more environmentally preferred ingredients. Forever chemical free formulation.

Non suitable for non absorbent surfaces such as shiny or glazed tiles and stone.
Not suitable if the surface has been previously treated with a sealer.
Keep children and pets away until the treatment is complete and the surface is
completely dry. Do not apply if rain is expected within 4 hours or before the
surface is completely dry. Do not apply to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.

- Always test a small hidden portion of the substrate before use, to ensure the final result is satisfactory and to calculate consumption. Ready to use product, do not dilute.
- Shake container well, apply liberally using a brush, garden sprayer or roller
- Ensure the surface is saturated at a spread rate of 4-6m2 per litre. Once the first coat starts to soak in, apply a further wet on wet coat. This method gives deeper penetration into the surface. Do not allow the product to dry between applications
- Avoid runs, drips or puddling by removing excess product from the surface using a clean lint free cloth or dry roller
- Leave to dry. Surface should be touch dry within 4 hours and fully dry after 24 hours. Allow 7 days to reach optimum performance
- For patios and floor areas please allow 24 hours before subjecting to heavy traffic
