• Brush away leaves, debris, any heavy growth before cleaning. Surface must be dry before application. Always test a small inconspicuous area before use to ensure surface compatibility, performance and finish is acceptable. 1. Shake container well before use. Use neat as supplied, for light contamination dilute up to 3 parts water to 1 part product. 2. Apply using a spray or watering can ensuring the surface is saturated at a rate of 4 - 5 m2 per litre for horizontal surfaces and up to 7m2 per litre for vertical/ sloped surfaces 3. Leave the product to work for 24 hours, then remove product using a power washer or running water and a stiff brush 4. For ongoing maintenance - dilute 3 parts water to 1 part product. Leave for up to 24 hours & rinse clean, for best results use a power washer

Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place between 5c and 30c in the original container.

Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within six hours of application. Do not allow to come into direct contact with plants, shrubs or lawn - in the event this does happen wash down with clean water. Keep children & pets away until the surface is completely dry

Remove as much excess product as possible and clean tools and equipment immediately after use with soapy water.
