Overview
Class 1 Sealer

A high performance, solvent free, penetrating, repellent sealer specially designed for porous substrates such as; concrete, clay, stone and most other calcium based surfaces.

Formulated using the latest technology to give outstanding performance and durability. CE Marking complies with EN 1504-2: 5.3 products/systems for the protection/repair of concrete structures

How To Use
Class 1 Sealer

  • Always test a small inconspicuous area before use to ensure the final results are satisfactory and to establish consumption.
  • Do not apply in wet weather, when rain is expected within 6 hours or before the surface is completely dry. R306 is supplied ready to use and should not be diluted.
  • Shake container well before use.
  • Apply with a brush, long pile roller or garden sprayer.
  • Apply an even, wet coat at a spread rate of 4-6m² per litre.
  • Apply to saturation point in one coat or apply a further wet on wet coat.
  • Do not allow the product to dry in between applications.
  • Avoid runs, drips or puddling by removing excess product from the surface.

Important
Class 1 Sealer

Do not apply to hot surfaces or in strong direct sunlight. Not suitable for engineering bricks, polished, glazed and non porous substrates.

Curing
Class 1 Sealer

Allow 2 hours for touch dry. Fully cured after 48 hours. Longer curing periods may be required when applied in cooler conditions.

Storage
Class 1 Sealer

Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place between 5c and 30c in the original container.

Cleaning Of Equipment
Class 1 Sealer

Remove as much excess product as possible and clean tools and equipment immediately after use with soapy water

Surface Preparation
Class 1 Sealer

Remove surface contamination. All algae and mould should be treated and removed prior to application.
