R28 WATERSEAL for Masonry
Waterseal for Masonry Provides a hard wearing invisible, protective seal against water, oil, stains, efflorescence and much more on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Waterseal is a high performance, penetrating, repellant sealer specially designed for porous substrates such as; concrete, render, bricks and most other calcium based materials.

designed for porous substrates such as; concrete, render, bricks and most
other calcium based materials. Formulated using the latest technology to
give outstanding performance and durability. Ideal for damp external walls,
buildings and most structures
- Ready to use product, do not dilute.
- Shake container well, apply liberally using a brush or garden sprayer
- Ensure the surface is saturated at a spread rate of 4-5m² per litre. Once the first coat starts to soak in, apply a further wet on wet coat. This method gives deeper penetration into the surface. Do not allow the product to dry in-between applications.
- Avoid runs, drips or puddling by removing excess product from the surface using a clean lint free cloth
- Leave to dry. Surface should be touch dry within 2 hours and fully dry after 24 hours.
- For decking and flooring please allow 24 hours before subjecting to heavy traffic
Always test on a small hidden portion of the surface to be treated to check
compatibility and performance before commencing with the whole area.
Unable to work if applied to non-porous surfaces e.g. polished or glazed
surfaces. Keep children and pets away until the treatment is complete and the
surface is completely dry. Do not apply if rain is expected within 4 hours or
before the surface is completely dry. Do not apply to hot surfaces or in direct
sunlight.
