R270 Super Concentrated Patio Cleaner
Extreme Patio Cleaner Concentrate. Professional strength cleaner to remove the build-up of dirt and grime on most hard surfaces.
- Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from any contaminants including dust, dirt, oil, grease, algae and efflorescence.
- Ensure all detergents have been removed. Cleaners applied in warmer weather leave detergent films. These can cause uneven application of sealers as well as dirt pick up from uneven drying.
- Not suitable if surfaces are honed, polished or have been treated previously with a silicone, polymer or stearate based water repellent.
- Always test a small inconspicuous area before use to ensure surface compatibility, performance, finish and texture is acceptable, expose the test area to weather and foot traffic for 2 weeks (normal use) before proceeding to seal the whole area.
- Shake well before use
- Remove loose dirt, moss & other debris from surface prior to treating.
- Apply using a spray, watering can or brush, to a dry surface at a rate of 4-5 m² per litre of mixed product.
- Depending on porosity of material, more may be required. Dilution rate:
- Dilute 2 doses (200ml) for light contamination in 5 litres of water.
- Dilute 4-5 doses (400-500ml) for heavy contamination in 5 litres of water.
- Ensure heavily contaminated areas are saturated with product.
- Scrub well with a stiff brush.
- Leave for 20 to 30 minutes, do not allow it to dry out.
- Clean with a stiff brush and running water or for best results use a power washer
- Always test on a small hidden portion of the surface to be cleaned to check compatibility and performance before commencing with the whole area.
- Ideal operating temperature between 10ºc & 20ºc. As a guide ensure the surface is cool to touch.
- Do not apply in damp/wet conditions or if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.
- Do not apply in direct sunlight.
- Keep children & pets/animals away until cleaning process is complete and surface is dry.
