R217 Super Seal
Super Seal Provides an ultra hard wearing gloss finish to wide range of surfaces including: warehouse floors, polished concrete, screed, stucco, interior stone & cement tiles. Super Seal will provide superior performance to all other floor coating technologies providing durable and long lasting protection.
Super Seal penetrates deep into the pores of cementitious substrates lining the
pores completely and forming a thin, shiny film on the surface.
After the reaction has cured, everyday substances containing water, oil, cleaning fluids and waste are unable to enter the pores giving a highly effective stain protection. Even substances that are left on the surface for some time can be removed without any lasting stains. This new technology is extremely hard wearing, virtually odourless and easy to apply.
Our versatile formulation is vapour permeable, it can be used on both horizontal and vertical surfaces, yielding superior performance to standard twin pack epoxy coatings that can often lead to complications and application errors.
Once a surface is treated with Superseal, the hardness level is increased by at least 2x its original scratch test value, this enables the surface to resist scratching and damage from areas prone to heavy & harsh use such as workshops & factories.

Clean - Ensure the surface has been thoroughly cleaned and is free from
contamination, dirt dust and debris. Ensure the surface is fully dry
Apply - Apply a generous even coat of Superseal, using a pad, roller or HVLP sprayer in an even manor, ensuring the surface is well saturated
Wait - Allow to cure for minimum 24 hours before subjecting to heavy use
