high levels of resin and polymers.
Ingredients penetrate into the substrate to give long lasting protection, secondary ingredients colour the surface for a restored finish. In addition a water proofing agent sits close to the surface to give improved weather protection for a longer lasting finish.

Ensure the surface to be treated is dry, clean, free from any contaminants
including dust, dirt, oil, grease, algae and mould. Algae, moss and spores
must be treated and removed with a good quality algicide designed for this
purpose, all residues of the algicide need to be removed and allowed to dry
before applying the treatment, use a power washer to remove the dirt and
grime from between the gaps.
- Always test a small inconspicuous area before treating the whole surface. Follow all instructions for the test area, only proceed once satisfied that the compatibility, look, finish, performance are acceptable.
- Shake container before use
- Ensure surface is thoroughly dry and clean before proceeding
- Do not pour directly onto the surface. Apply a generous even coat using a brush or long pile roller, ensuring even distribution.
- For older or more porous surfaces, once the first coat has started to soak in (within 1 hour) apply a second coat, remove any heavy pooling.
- Leave to dry for 24 hours.
Do not apply when ambient/surface temperature is below 10c or above
25c. Do not apply in wet weather, when rain is imminent or before
surface is completely dry. Clean regularly with a non-abrasive cleaner to
maintain the visual appearance of the treated surface. The product is
designed to be long lasting and to improve over time, tests have shown
many years protection.
