Overview

A highly effective and easy to use black spot and algae remover, engineered for all types of porous substrates.

A high performance cleaner formulated to remove black spots as well as organic and microbiological contaminants from porous surfaces such as stone, block paving and concrete.

A concentrated, high coverage cleaner that will leave the surface bright, clean and free from stubborn contamination.

Important

Always test on a small hidden portion of the surface to be cleaned to check compatibility and performance before commencing with the whole area. Remove loose dirt, moss and other debris from the surface to be treated. A yard broom or firm bristle brush is ideal.

Do not use in wet weather, frost or if rain is forecast within the application period (see below). If used when surface and air temperature is below 5ºC the effectiveness may be reduced and longer cleaning time may be required. Keep pets away until the surface is fully washed and dry. Ideal application temperature between 10ºC and 30ºC.

The longer the product is left to work (up to 24 hours) the brighter the surface will appear

How To Use

Apply product to a damp (not wet) surface with a low pressure garden sprayer, roller, brush, watering can or even a soft broom.

Saturate the surface with a generous even coat at the following rates: Heavy soiling & Contamination: 3 - 4m² per litre Light soiling & Contamination: 5 - 6m² per litre

Depending on level of contamination leave R04/A to work for a minimum of 4 - 8 hours. For heavier contamination longer may be required, up to 24 hours. To determine the time required try a few spots before completing the project.

Rinse with high pressure washer or running water and a stiff deck brush.
